Is my information Secure?

We believe that your information is more secure on our system than if you kept it at home on a PC. Our WebsterAccounts server has dual hard discs so if one fails the other continues uninterrupted. It is stored in a fireproof environment, with offsite back-up every day. Ask yourself what would happen to your data if there was a fire in your office. Most business would lose both their computer and all their paper accounting records.

Can anyone else see my data?

Your information is not available to any third party unless you tell them your password. This is the most common way in which people can access confidential information. If you keep your password secure then the SSL security we have in place will encrypt all traffic between your computer and our server. Since you are only connected to our server for the brief moment that it takes to process your transaction it is very difficult for any hacker to observe this transaction.
