UK Subsidaries

We now act for a number of UK subsidiaries of overseas companies. The initial attraction of the service was that our software was online so the FD overseas can look at the information at any time and be reassured that it is all being dealt with correctly.

We act for companies where the administrator in the UK enters the transactions and we are only involved in preparing the final UK accounts and liaising with the auditors to help them produce consolidated accounts.

For one company we are now the only permanent presence in the UK and receive all the invoices for payment for expenses and purchases. The attraction now is that their sales team in France raises an invoice in our software whenever sales are made and we record the expenses and reconcile the books every month. This is only possible with an internet based software package.
