Satellite Offices

Our experience working with clients online is that a high proportion of people want access to a personal service from an individual who they can visit from time to time. For this reason we are building up a network of offices around the country - and overseas. Our initial offices will be small, and will rely on the specialist services available through our Head Office Team or specialists in the country.

The quality of the staff in the satellite offices will be the same as those in our Head Office. This is not just an accountants club set up by a software supplier. However we do have Associates who are not fully part of our team but who offer a service to our clients.

All initial enquiries are handled from the Cambridge Head Office - but we can then arrange for a meeting with someone more local if this is what you would prefer. All the staff in our satellite offices are carefully vetted to be certain that their work is of a high standard. All work sent to HM Revenue & Customs will have been reviewed by our Head Office team

Some clients find that once the local office has provided the with initial support and training that they then deal with all matters over the internet and telephone without the need for meetings.
